This May 24th, Bibo Ibiza opened its doors with a luxury pre-opening at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay kicking off its second season on the white island being the opening on 26th of May.

The relaxed luxury atmosphere of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is once again the perfect location for Bibo Ibiza Bay being one of the main gastronomic destinations of the island for Nobu and the beach bar Chambao.

This season Dani Garcia will follow the cosmopolitan and fun line of the rest of BiBos, and will focus on local, fresh and seasonal produce, giving rise to a much more Ibizan menu.

The casual cuisine is reflected in the flavours and the combination of unexpected and unique products, combining the imagination and creativity of the chef from Malaga with the concept of a local tapas brasserie and steak house.


As part of this particular "travel guide", Dani García takes inspiration from some of his mentors such as Joël Robuchon to create some of his most emblematic dishes. The Ibizan public will also be able to sample BiBo's most iconic dishes, such as its famous oxtail brioche and fried hake, in a privileged setting on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

The relaxed luxury ambience of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is once again the perfect setting for BiBo Ibiza Bay being one of the island's top gastronomic destinations for Nobu and the Chambao beach bar.  

The menu brings together dishes that Dani García's gastronomic memory has been accumulating thanks to his travels, and which have already conquered other cities such as Madrid, London, Tarifa and Doha.
The restaurant will be open daily for dinner from 19:00 hours.

Our trip started when we arrived at the Hotel and from the reception to the arrival at the restaurant itself, we were received with total care by the entire staff.

We started our evening with a presentation of cocktails and appetizers.
Then a very good proposal of two variants of red tuna and a ceviche in sauce, whose explosion of flavours and textures left us speechless.
Impossible not to mention some ham croquettes with an excellent taste of traditional cuisine, light and delicious bechamel, which left us jaw-dropping, moving us to the real homemade croquettes...

To finish, a proposal of grilled meats with a T-bone steak of excellent flavour, tender and juicy and an Iberian prey that made us lose our senses.
All very well accompanied by the professionalism and attention of the table staff.

Nuno Dias accompanied us at all times, recommending the dishes that we were able to taste, carefully chosen from an extensive and varied selection of dishes.

In addition, Dani García translates his passion for haute cuisine, embers and hospitality into Smoked Room, a unique and exclusive space where embers and smoke are the pillars of the proposal. An innovative concept that, after only six months of life, has managed to enter the Michelin Guide 2022 with two stars, a gastronomic milestone.  

In addition, the group has the Atelier Dani García, the chef's R&D centre in Marbella, and La Gran Familia Mediterránea, its latest great commitment to digital catering with kitchens in Marbella, Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Sabadell, Seville, Valencia, Alicante, Elche, Castellón, Almería, Granada, Córdoba, A Coruña, Palma, Valladolid and León. At the end of 2021, Dani García opened his Casa Dani concept in New York, once again making the leap to the Big Apple. In the coming months, he will continue his international expansion by taking his restaurants to Paris, Miami and Saudi Arabia
