Native Instruments and Izotope join forces to form new technology group

According to a press release from the CEOS of the two companies,

Native Instruments (Berlin - Germany) and Izotope (Cambridge - USA), the two giants are joining forces to form a new company where they will create easier tools for producers, musicians and artists in general.

Both CEOS clarify :

Both companies hold a shared vision of a seamless creative experience and are creating an unprecedented alliance to shape the future of music creation and audio production.

They also clarify that each of the companies will continue to operate independently and there will be no structural changes to the companies, with both continuing to have the same leadership and teams.

For the time being, the new group will aim to better support the creative community through collaboration, knowledge transfer and improved product offerings. "As a collective force, this duo will generate a more cohesive audio ecosystem, to help creators no matter what their venture," they add.

Undoubtedly a promising alliance from which only innovation and quality can be expected.
