Rise Club New Year`s Eve

Rise Club was born in 2010 in Ibiza as an exclusive private party for members and guests on a 200 year old Turkish schooner.

Rise Club presents next December 31st a very special proposal for New Year`s Eve at Osadia Sky Bar located on the seventh floor of Gran Via 14, in the most luxurious building of Smart Rental Collection, the evening will start at 19.00 h in the restaurant area on the first floor of  the Smart Rental Collection with a dinner specially designed for this night.

At the end of the dinner we will be able to go up to the rooftop, where we will welcome the long awaited New Year with the performance of national and international artists. We will make this first day of 2023, a unique and unrepeatable one. 

Artists such as Paul Ross, dj,  who use to be one of the essentials in Ibiza island during the summer of 2022 with his residency in Destino Pacha Resort , the opening of the Abrat Hotel Rooftop, the closing of Space Ibiza and The Horeca Fairy, and the presenter of Ibiza Bpm Radio everyday,  and Esther Bauman Spanish singer who started in the world of cinema and television with accomplished directors such as Mario Camus and Fernando Navarrete when she was a teenager.

She moved to Italy where she developed her own show touring all over Italy with appearances on RAI and some other regional TV stations such as Tele Catanzaro.

She was lucky enough to perform at the Pala Trussardi , where Frank Sinatra and Liza Minelli performed as well.

The composer of her first record " Desde California en tu salsa ", Alcy Agüero, was the same of Celia Cruz and had the opportunity to sing together in Madrid.

Love Connection D'Ibiza parties , she made the Closing of Space Ibiza and has performed in clubs of the island like Pacha Hotel, Km5...to name a few and guest star of the best musicals of Spain. ...will be part of the cast of the event.  

Osadía Sky Bar has a gastronomic proposal as striking as unexpected. The space, divided into two environments, has a more informal area with an acclimatized infinity pool (and movable floor) overlooking the skyline of Madrid; and another in Gran Vía with high and low tables and armchairs.

In the menu you will find avant-garde, daring and groundbreaking cuisine. A highly seductive explosion of flavors that fuses the elegance of Japanese cuisine with the passion of Peruvian gastronomy.

Oysters with tamarind ponzu, rocototo puree and pea shoots  Chinese bread with miso butter  King prawn gyozas with mango and yellow chili sauce  Wok sautéed edamame with lime, yondu and mirim chili sauce  Crunchy Rice with kimuchy marinated salmon, mayo japo, chives and tobiko roe  Yakitori of free-range chicken marinated in purple chicha teriyaki and finished with furikake.  ONTAKE. Nikkei short ribs marinated in Japanese barbecue, kion and coriander root, cooked at low temperature and finished in Josper, served with pickled cucumber and light daikon puree.  Kaffir lime and galangal flan with purple corn candy.
