The Hyatt Centric on Gran Vía presented its new proposal for the summer season on 18th May.

With a significant change in its decoration, reminiscent of a beach club with urban touches, we were presented with what from now on will be the afternoons and evenings on its tenth floor, El Jardin de Diana.

As soon as it opens its doors, the exuberant and palatial entrance welcomes us with the statues of Diana the huntress and her dogs, crowning the sky of Madrid and serving as pillars of the terrace itself. Majestic, no doubt.

The swaying of the waiters and waitresses, polite, attentive and smiling, who go out of their way to make our stay on the rooftop a unique moment, does not go unnoticed.

Their variety of signature cocktails, gin & tonics and wines leave us highly surprised, as well as their delicate and well presented dishes that melt in the mouth in an explosion of textures and flavours.

Tuna tartar with Nikkei dressing, plantain tostón and avocado, followed by crispy prawns with corn tortilla chips, guacamole and pico gallo.

A refreshing salad of watermelon, feta cheese, kalamata olives, watercress and oregano was the opening to a grilled octopus with fresh mango agripicante, watercress and ginger candied cherry tomatoes that left us speechless.

The mini burgers accompanied by caramelised port onion with smoked Japanese sauce and rich cheddar melted in our mouths leaving a pleasant taste and ending with an excellent beef entraña, smoked at low temperature with green chimichurri and pico de la huerta.

These were some of the excellent dishes prepared with care and precision that we tasted in such a sublime evening, ending with brownies, fine chocolate and vegan ice cream.

The musical part comes from the hand of one of the most popular radio stations on the islands, with FM in Ibiza, Formentera and Madrid and online for the world, we are talking about Ibiza BPM Radio.

A young radio station, but very dynamic and attractive because it is not only directed to music, but also to Gastronomy and Tourism.

Directed by the entrepreneur and artist Paul Ross, who is responsible for the programming of the whole station which broadcasts 24/7, 365 days a year.

Paul Ross, tireless, hard-working, visionary, has managed in just 3 years to position himself among the best stations in the world.

The Brazilian artist leads us every day through a different landscape, with a mixture of cultures and fusion of styles, making it possible for our stay on the rooftop to be different and intoxicating every day.

As always, that night he managed to conquer the audience and listeners, as it was broadcast live for several hours and managed to transmit the good energy, the buzz and the "jaleo" of a magical and unforgettable night.

Its Director Jesús Romero Quesada made the opening evening almost perfect, with an excellent pairing of guests, decoration, music, appetizers, cocktails and wines, achieving a resounding success.

Matt, one of the terrace managers, always smiling, elegant and attentive to all the guests, made us feel like we were at home.

The atmosphere was radiant and fun, with many familiar faces such as the actor Pedro Alonso (Berlin, in La casa de Papel) who shared some moments with us between bites. Actors, actresses, promoters, influencers and various artists were part of this magical moment.

It is undoubtedly the best option for the summer in Madrid, where with its spectacular views you can almost touch the sky.

Every day with this magnificent team, you will be able to share your experiences from 6.30pm.

Come and join us!
