The 22nd Edition of Madrid Fusion

More than 220 speakers and more than 1,800 congress participants will gather at the most ambitious edition of Madrid Fusion .

 

The 22nd edition of Madrid Fusión Food from Spain will be the most international and with the most content in the history of the gastronomic summit , returning to Ifema on 29, 30 and 31 January under the slogan 'Where it all begins'.

 

The congress presents many new features and the arrival of a new stage, Dreams #Spaintechfoodnation, which will address the future of food from the perspective of science and the foodtech ecosystem, where the future of food, innovation and health  will be the protagonists.

The new Madrid Fusión Drinks joins Madrid Fusión The Wine Edition and Madrid Fusion Pastry, which celebrate their fourth edition this year and also reinforce their offer.

 

Madrid Fusión also incorporates new competitions and awards, such as the National Championship of Patatas Bravas or the Best Hotel Breakfast, Revelation Room and Revelation Bartender Awards.

Georgia will be the Guest Country and Cordoba the Guest City in an edition that will beat its record number of companies in the exhibition area.

 

The 22nd edition of Madrid Fusión will host a Sala Revelación Award for the first time.

 

The award, sponsored by Gusto del Sur, the new agri-food quality brand of the Junta de Andalucía, will recognise the work of a young professional who stands out for their ability to manage the service in the dining room of any type of restaurant.

Six of the seven candidates for this new Sala Revelación Madrid Fusión by 'Gusto del Sur' Award in its first edition are women.

 

The gastronomic summit will once again devote priority attention to the sweet universe on a separate stage over three days.

 

Jordi Roca (El Celler de Can Roca) and Raúl Bernal (Spain's best master chocolatier in 2023) will focus their presentations on the magical world of chocolate.

 

A visit not to be missed for lovers of good food, for those with an excellent palate and for professionals and neophytes who love new trends and discoveries.
